Brian Helgerson has officially joined Hunt Development Group, Hawaii Region, as Asset Manager.

In this position, Mr. Helgerson oversees asset management activity within the Hunt portfolio, including in Kalaeloa, where Hunt is the master developer of 530 acres and ‘Āhuimanu, a 42,000-square-foot neighborhood center on the North Shore of Kaua‘i.

As Asset Manager, Mr. Helgerson will be responsible for maximizing the value of Hunt’s Hawai‘i portfolio of assets.  In this role, he will ensure optimal performance and occupancy with oversight of the leasing, property management, and tenant management activities at these projects.
