Michelle DeVol
Michelle DeVol is the Director of Membership Administration and Quoting Services at Kaiser Permanente. In her current role, Michelle’s objective is to consistently look to improve the member experience for Kaiser Permanente’s health plan members. Michelle has had a long career in working with nonprofits to foster and improve people’s lives.
While working for the Quincy Jones Listen Up Foundation, Michelle coordinated a delegation of Morehouse College students on a house build effort with Habitat for Humanity to Durban, South Africa. While working in South Los Angeles with Community Coalition, Michelle worked with the Youth Academy to organize and confront the root causes of poverty, crime and violence. Michelle worked with domestic violence offenders and victims while with South Bay Community Services, she worked with offenders and victims as a case manager to foster family preservation if possible or safe environments for families in transition.
Michelle received her BA in sociology with an emphasis in criminology from California State, Northridge in 2007.
Michelle has made a commitment to have her work focus on the improvement on the lives of others. From working on social and economic justice to helping ensure people have access to basic rights such as health care, these are the values that drive Michelle’s work.
