Elaine Fujiwara is the Chief Customer Officer at Hawaii Dental Service (HDS) and is responsible for the overall customer experience, focusing on the strategic direction of sales, communications and marketing, and membership.

As part of the HDS leadership team, Fujiwara has led strategic initiatives to grow and improve customer relations through partnerships and product development. Fujiwara has more than 25 years of experience at HDS. She joined the organization in 1996 as a Senior Account Executive and was promoted to Manager of Marketing and Sales in 2001. She was later promoted to Director of Sales and Account Management in 2015. She received her BA in marketing from the California State University Long Beach.

Fujiwara currently serves as a board member for Aloha Medical Mission, Parents and Children Together, Retail Merchants of Hawaii, and the Hawaii Association of Health Underwriters. She is a Mililani resident and enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for various community causes.
