Lauren Esposo first joined UHA in 2011 as a Direct In-House Account Representative. She quickly rose to Broker Account Representative and then to Broker Account Supervisor in 2013. She has also served as an Underwriter at UHA. In 2017, the Client Services department was formed to more effectively address account management needs at UHA, and as the Client Services Manager, Lauren is currently responsible for the customer experience for all clients, brokers, and consultants.

Lauren is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, the Hawaii Association of Health Underwriters, and sits on the Hawaii Chapter of the Punahou Alumni Association board of directors. She was born in Hilo and is a graduate of Punahou School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Prior to UHA, Lauren worked in the food and beverage industry as well as the travel industry and retail. Her experience in a variety of settings allows her to bring different points of view to her leadership and service mindset and she is inspired to help others rise to the pinnacle of their potential.
