Nic was born in Honolulu and raised on the Big Island where he graduated from Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy. He went on to complete his bachelor’s degree in Business at the University of the Pacific and while there, was captain of the Division One Men’s Volleyball team.

Nic joined the Mauna Kea Realty team in 2015 and has sold over 65 Million in sales. Hisexperience on the island provides unprecedented knowledge of each area. Nic successfully continues to provide high quality service to his clients. His upbringing has instilled in him the importance of God, family and he values loyalty, respect and honesty. He works closely with his father, Frank Schenk in real estate sales, and continues to be a proprietor of his own luxury property management company.
