Joann Gebauer is the Director of Professional Relations at Hawaii Dental Service (HDS). She leads the Professional Relations team and is responsible for managing relationships with HDS participating dentists and expanding HDS’s Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid networks. Gebauer joined HDS as a compliance analyst in 2013, was promoted to senior compliance analyst in 2015, compliance manager in 2018, and privacy officer in 2020.
