This fall, Ashlee Kishimoto joined the Young Brothers’ ‘ohana as the new Director of Finance. Kishimoto plays a central role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, including monthly reporting, annual planning, strategy development and stakeholder communications. With prior roles at Hawaiian Airlines, including investor relations, corporate auditing and SEC reporting, she brings substantial financial expertise to steer Young Brothers toward sustainable growth. Kishimoto holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of San Francisco and is actively involved in the audit & finance committee of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
