Gary Gordon
Swinerton is pleased to announce the promotion of Gary Gordon to Field Operations Manager. Gary has been with Swinerton since 2020. As Field Operations Manager, he oversees all Hawaii project jobsites for Swinerton and is responsible for the day-to-day construction operations. He supervises and directs all Superintendents and field labor and is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all subcontractor trade work and self-performing work. Prior to the start of construction, he develops schedule, site logistics, and staging plans specific to the jobsite. His responsibilities also include quality control and safety and labor relations for the project.
Gary has 35 years of experience in construction and has expertise in mid and high rise ground up buildings as well as tenant improvement work for numerous markets including hospitality and healthcare. Gary was previously recognized as the ‘Leading Superintendent’ in the US district while with another firm.
