As COO, Jarrett was responsible for all operational oversight, strategic planning, performance and quality standards, leadership development and profit and loss management. Under his leadership HBM added property restoration services, specialized pandemic cleanup services and safety audits of job sites.

Jarrett started with the company in 2006 as the director of Retail Operations. Prior to joining the company, he served as district manager for Mobile Instrument Service and Repair, where he was responsible for business development and operations in Hawaii. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and is a graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy.

He was selected by Pacific Business News in 2017 for its 40 Under 40 award.
