Peter Hirano is the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Servco Pacific Inc. (Servco) and is responsible for all Hawai’i automotive and mobility operations.

Peter joined Servco in May 2017 and was initially tasked with increasing the effectiveness of the Human Resources function across Servco’s global business entities. He restructured the HR team to be more business-focused, adding the role of Business Partners, and led the companyʻs transition from Ultipro to Workday. In 2020, he was promoted to Executive Vice President expanding his responsibilities to include Servco’s automotive distribution business, project management team, and Hui Car Share operations.

Prior to joining Servco, Peter spent over 30 years in leadership positions at various services and consulting businesses, including Hewitt Associates, KPMG Consulting, Accenture, and Randstad Sourceright. He earned his BA in economics from Carleton College and his Master’s in HR and Marketing from Northwestern University. In the community, Peter is the Board Chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaiʻi.
