Shelley Franklin’s 17 years of planning and design experience include her time as an Air Force officer in Civil Engineering. With nearly a decade at HHF, her incredible dedication to projects and her commitment to professional development make Shelley an exemplary leader. Her range of experience spans HHF’s federal portfolio of facility and environmental planning work, to educational facility master planning, organization-wide sustainability plans, and award-winning hazard mitigation work. Shelley demonstrates her commitment to sustainability through practice as HHF’s Sustainability Lead, through academic achievement, and as a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. In 2020, she received a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies degree in the field of sustainability from the Harvard University Extension School. HHF is proud to promote Shelley to Senior Associate.
