Tori Richard, Ltd. is proud to announce the promotion of Norman Chan as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Norman will continue to contribute to the executive leadership team as well as maintain responsibility for the Accounting Department.

Prior to joining Tori Richard, Ltd., Norman held the position of Financial Controller at The Pacific Club, a premier private club for business, family and social events, that was established in 1851. He previously held senior positions with Colliers International as the Director of Finance USA, where he helped lead the financial planning and analysis function while providing analytical and decision support for senior executives; and previously being part of the Global Corporate Development, where he helped run share valuation analysis, provide merger & acquisition support, align executive compensation, craft corporate policy and provide executive support for Colliers’ Global Chief Financial Officer.

In June of 2022, Norman started his career at Tori Richard, Ltd. as the Controller, while bringing over 30 years of experience in helping companies and has continued to showcase his talents in helping with the orchestration of the company’s ERP implementation. Norman earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is also a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
