Longtime local accounting executive David Saito has joined UHA Health Insurance as financial services manager.

In this position, Mr. Saito is responsible for operations and activities of the UHA Financial Services Department, including annual financial statement audits and regulatory filings for state and federal entities. He is a certified public accountant in the State of Hawai‘i.
