American Savings Bank has promoted Jamie Cheng from Director of Commercial Operations to Director of Bank Operations. Cheng is responsible for operational improvements to make banking easy at ASB. Since joining ASB in 2011, she has worked on the legal and commercial operations teams. Cheng is a Hawaii Business 20 for the Next 20 honoree and a graduate of ASB’s Leadership Academy and the Pacific Coast Banking School. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a juris doctorate from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
