Dr. Crabbe was previously Ka Pouhana-CEO for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs from 2012 to June 2019. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy and Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
