UHA Health Insurance continues to strengthen its client servicing with the promotion of Kali McDonald to client services manager.

In this position, Ms. McDonald oversees the Client Services team, which serves as the primary contact for UHA employer groups and brokers. She is responsible for the development of practices and procedures that will create the best possible experience for all UHA clients through superior customer care and support. She also works with the leadership team and has training responsibilities to coach and promote the on-going development of her staff and other department members.

Most recently, Ms. McDonald served as UHA’s senior client services liaison.

Ms. McDonald first joined UHA in 2018 as a client services liaison. Prior to joining the organization, she was the general manager of a local medispa, Laka Skin Care and Spa. Before transitioning to healthcare, she spent a number of years in the hotel industry in California.

The Honolulu resident is an active member of the Hawai‘i Association of Health Underwriters.
