Ms. Olds comes to SSOH from Washington, DC with a proven consultative approach providing HR support to Federal Government Agencies and personnel. She has 15 years’ experience in Program, Project and Capture Management and complete staff augmentation.

Ms. Olds serves SSOH as a government specialist in successfully supervising the activity of all contract professionals in review and preparation of routine contract documents in accordance with corporate policy, while reviewing complex solicitations and preparing specialized and/or non-routine response for proposals, bids, and contract modifications. She will serve as the primary organizational contact during all contract negotiations and engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets.

While playing Division I basketball, Ms. Olds received a bachelor’s degree with a Double Major in English Literature and Spanish Literature and a Minor in Journalism, summa cum laude, from Wagner College in New York City.
