Cody Winchester joins the G70 ‘Ohana as a planner. He brings six years of experience in urban and regional planning and disaster management to the team. Cody holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning and a master certificate in disaster management and humanitarian assistance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is a resident of Makiki.
