Investment purchases in Hawai‘i’s commercial real estate market during 2021 exceeded pre-pandemic levels with $3.15 billion in sales volume, according to Colliers Hawaii’s year end investment report.
On Friday, September 23, over 100 real estate and other professionals gathered at YWCA Fuller Hall in downtown Honolulu and discussed the impact that commercial real estate will have on our local economy and community.
The panel of five senior executives engaged in a far-ranging discussion on topics including how the Covid-19 pandemic has forever changed the real estate landscape, Hawaiʻi’s housing shortage, landlord-tenant relations, and more.
